While we can arrange some flights with as little as 6 to 8 hours' notice, we recommend booking your flight as early as possible, ideally 24-48 hours in advance, to ensure availability and the best options.
Yes, we welcome pets on board our private jets. Please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Pets must be restrained during takeoff and landing for safety.
Empty-leg flights are discounted repositioning flights available when an aircraft is returning to its base or moving to another location for its next customer. Luggage limitations depend on the aircraft. Light jets typically offer around 50 cubic feet of luggage space, while heavy jets can offer up to 120 cubic feet. Please let us know your luggage requirements in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

General Private Aviation
Safety is our top priority. All our aircraft meet or exceed stringent safety standards, including FAA Part 135 regulations. We also undergo third-party audits from organizations like Wyvern LTD and ARG/US to ensure the highest levels of safety and reliability.
In the event of a cancellation, we will issue a refund for the unused portion of your charter. Our team will also work to source a replacement aircraft as quickly as possible, though additional costs may apply depending on the situation.
