In operation since 2003, from our headquarter location at Denver’s Centennial Airport, M&N believes there is a better way to do business. CAM, Managing Director
Todd Schieck
Todd Schieck was hired in 2002 by M&N Aviation when it was a corporate flight department for M&N Equipment, LLC. As the company’s Director of Business Development, he was involved in the transition of M&N to one of the premier aircraft management and charter operations in the Rocky Mountain Region. In 2015, Todd became the co-owner and Managing Director of M&N Aviation. M&N has since expanded its operational focus to include the management of any size aircraft, aircraft brokerage, charter brokerage and a wide range of aviation consulting. Todd has previously served as an advisory board member of NationAir insurance and is currently accredited as a Certified Aviation Manager by the Nation Business Aviation Association.
Director of Operations
Bjorn Knudsen
Bjorn has a 32-year career as a professional pilot, instructor, pilot examiner and manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics, and an FAA ATP with 10 type ratings and more than 16,000 flight hours. As Director of Operations, he maintains control of Flight Operations, oversees training, manages company manuals and policies, is the liaison with the FAA and ensures all flights meet FAA regulations.

Megan Knox
Megan has been in Business Aviation for 18 years. She is a Commercial Pilot and a licensed Dispatcher. She started her career in Charter Sales and Flight Operations and has specialized knowledge in Aviation Taxes and Legal requirements. She oversees the daily operations She is currently the Co-Chair of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee.
Director of Finance
Deanna Baadsvik
Deanna joined our team in 2019 with over 15 years of aviation financial experience. In this role she is responsible for the full financial cycle and human resources. She is instrumental in developing and implementing accounting and budgeting processes and oversees the capital structure of M & N Aviation. Deanna’s leadership has positioned M & N for calculated growth and enabled the expansion of our fleet and operation. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
Director of Maintenance
Tom Rotelli
In his 40-year aviation career, Tom Rotelli has been Director of Maintenance for an FAR part 145 repair station, part 135 charter operations, as well as numerous part 91 corporate/private jet aircraft operations. Including managing a Fortune 50 Company’s executive aircraft maintenance department for 18 years. He’s also been the owner and general manager of Berkshire Jet Services, a full-service jet aircraft maintenance management and consulting company since February of 2003.
